Solid Science Plc. was founded by engineers Soma Ránky and Dr. László Molnár with the mission to solve complex laboratory automation challenges. Combining solid engineering principles with cutting-edge scientific innovation, Solid Science stands as a unique leader in the field. With over 15 years of expertise in laboratory automation and peptide chemistry, we have developed a specialized family of solid-phase peptide synthesizers. As Hungary’s exclusive provider of custom peptide synthesis services powered by our proprietary technology, we are dedicated to advancing research and production. We also offer engineering services across mechanical, chemical, software, electrical, and biomedical engineering.
Management
Soma, with 15 years of expertise as a mechanical and biomedical engineer, has a rich background in designing and building pharmaceutical and laboratory equipment. He has successfully overseen the development of various projects, including formulation technology instruments (such as spray dryers, hot melt extruders, and powder feeders), flow chemistry equipment (covering photochemistry, nanoformulation, pump, reactor, thermostat modules), and other laboratory automation and system integration initiatives.

László, a chemical engineer with a Ph.D. in chemistry, brings decades of experience in original drug research. His expertise spans various areas, including molecular modeling, handling high-throughput screening (HTS) data, system integration, database and operating system management, firmware coding, and medicinal chemistry.
